๐ง A citizen of Georgia may be appointed as a judge of a court of general jurisdiction from the age of 30. They must have higher legal education and at least 5 years of professional experience in their field. They must also have command of the state language and have passed the judicial qualification exam.
๐จโโ๏ธ A citizen of Georgia may be appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court from the age of 35. They must also have higher education and at least 10 years of professional experience in their specialty.
